M-City West-Entrance Plaza

M-City West-Entrance Plaza or Ｍシティ西口プラザ is a new development on the West side of Morioka Station on the other side of the Malios Building. It is a massive condominium complex by Morioka standards with 12 stories, 120 condos, day care, entertainment facilities etc. It is scheduled for completion in February 2007 and tenents can move in from March.
